1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the dpboss website, downloading the dpboss app, or creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process and remains in force throughout your use of the platform.
dpboss reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised review date. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
The dpboss platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any services on the platform. By registering, you declare that you meet this age requirement and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.
Each player is permitted to hold one account on dpboss. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited. If you already have an existing dpboss account, do not register a new one; instead, use the login page to access your existing account.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. dpboss may ask you to verify your identity at any point through document submission. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dpboss are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the method used, but dpboss processes deposit instructions promptly on our end. Any delays are typically on the side of the payment network rather than the platform.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the dpboss payments team. Standard processing times apply, and withdrawals are sent only to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposits on the same account. dpboss reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gameplay activity. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without meaningful play — known as money cycling — is prohibited and may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account reviewed.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
dpboss offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page and within each individual offer.
Standard bonus conditions include a wagering requirement — this is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Games with high RTP or certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
dpboss reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player's existing bonus will continue to apply under the terms that were in force when the opt-in was made, unless there is a genuine error or fraud involved.
5. Sports Betting Rules
dpboss offers sports betting markets covering Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — as well as Football, Esports and other global competitions. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless specifically stated in a promotion or the bet relates to an event that has been voided.
An event may be voided if it is abandoned, postponed for a period exceeding the platform's standard settlement window, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting outcomes. In the case of a voided event, all stakes related to that event are returned to the player's account.
In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant events within a match — a wicket falling, a penalty being awarded, or a technical issue with the live data feed. dpboss is not liable for bets that could not be placed during a suspension period. Maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets and may vary by event, market type and account tier.
Any bets placed that are clearly the result of a pricing error — where the displayed odds are materially different from the true market price — may be voided at dpboss's discretion. We will notify affected players via their registered account.
6. Slots and Casino Games
All slot games and casino table games available on dpboss are provided by third-party game developers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means that every spin, hand or round is completely independent of previous results. dpboss does not manipulate game outcomes in any way — the results are determined entirely by the game engine provided by the developer.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the developers and are available in the game information panel within each title. 7. Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, attempting to abuse a bonus or promotion, placing bets using a system that exploits pricing errors, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting the dpboss support team. If there is a remaining balance on your account at the time of closure, a withdrawal will be processed to your verified payment method provided that no withdrawal restrictions are in place.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining bonus balance or pending bonus-related winnings will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that have not been involved in any breach may still be eligible for withdrawal, subject to review.
8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability
dpboss provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
dpboss is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or events outside our reasonable control that affect the outcome of a bet or game session. If a technical fault causes an incomplete game round or bet to be processed incorrectly, dpboss will investigate and resolve the matter fairly.
Under no circumstances will dpboss's liability to any player exceed the amount of funds currently held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident.
12. Governing Terms
These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between dpboss and its registered players regarding use of the platform. Any previous communications, representations or understandings not reflected in this document do not form part of the agreement. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full.
